What does PreZero say about BVCM?

Traditionally we deal with only one debt collection company. But we needed a good benchmark to evaluate quality and results. We decided to link up with another party which was BVCM. Since 2011 we use their services to our full satisfaction. 

BVCM is a practical credit management partner who really thinks and comes up with creative solutions. At PreZero we have a very intensive (pre-) collection process, which is why we expect that our debt collection partner can deliver added value. BVCM does this, among other things, by reviewing and treating each collection file separately. This is also necessary given the fact that we have a very diverse customer portfolio. BVCM really works according to this strategy: No bulk thought but customization. Thereby the account managers for debt collection maintain close contact with our caseworkers so that together we stay on top of the situation. No empty promises, but thinking along with you, customization and quality!
